Slide Show Order
When I select a series of images in the browser, the slide-show appears to be in alphabetical order from the Slide-Show Button, drop-down 'Normal'. I would like it to go in the order of the selected images, I.e. first selected image to last selected image?David

Slide Show
When I select images in the browser and in the context menu select 'slide show' the show doesn't appear to start with the first image I have selected. In the 'slide show' prefs random is not checked. Is a bug or am I missing something?

Re: Renaming and combining files ?
<r>Hi Rita, I have followed this exchange here. I'm a somewhat experienced (and long-time) GC user and have found renaming and indexing complicated – mostly, as you found, because there so many options, you can do almost anything. It takes me several tries sometimes to get what I want what with re...

Re: Renaming and combining files ?
<r>Eek indeed. But I have used GC to 'automatically' rename many files at a time; it takes a bit to get the naming right, there are several rename tabs/options. Rename them to a new folder (safety first, hehe) and then concat?I use 7.6.1 (403) but I don't remember this changing much in recent vers...

Rotation jaggis
When I rotate an image, usually with 'other value with line' sometimes the results have jagged edges. Why is this? Something to do with the original image? Hagen's manual says width divisible by 16.And to edit jpeg, save as a TIFF and THEN rotate?dvd

Re: Feature request: slideshow using only open windows
<r>If you select images in the browser (they don't have to be a block, you can command-click them) and then click on one of them to bring up the context menu and select 'slide show', you will get a slide show of the selected images.GC will use the order (random/sequential) you set in your last slide...
