How to download images from memory card reader

I have Graphic Converter 9. When I inserted a memory card a window would pop up asking me if I wanted to download images to my hard drive. I no longer see this message and can't find where to start the download. How do I turn this option on? I used to have it set to create separate folders by date.

Attachments :Hi,you enable/disable the message in the prefs part general/image capture.You can start a manual download from the folder tree.Select the card and click onto import all.Thorsten I have Graphic Converter 9.
