I'm too paranoid to allow software other than trusted web browsers connect to government servers. I downloaded https://www.copyright.gov/eco/help/grou ... plate.xlsx and copied it to ~/Library/Application Support/GraphicConverter/Docs/group_registration.xlsx and that worked.

I don't have Excel. The output file opens in Numbers 10.1, which reports the following missing fonts: Calibri, Calibri-Bold, Calibri-Bolditalic. That's OK, I only use Numbers to see if the file looks OK.

As explained in the help file, the title list file name is supposed to contain the group title and case number, for example "Baxter Wedding Photos Case Number 1-8768663401.xlsx" It's easy to rename a file, but if GC does it that's one less mistake for photographers to make.
