I've noticed that if I rotate the crop box in the Editor, I can no longer resize it (and if I use the "Selection" tool to enter the box size numbers manually, then rotation is reset).
Would you please add the ability to resize the rotated crop box as well?

A rotated rectangle is transformed into an area. I do not support resizing of such areas.

The best approach for rotation of a selection is:
- make a selection
- use Layer > New Layer from Selection
- use Layer > Transform
